arginine
ive had pills before
didnt really notice much benefit for anything
u have arginine in almost every protein powder
and comes from a decent amount of foods
so idk if ud really need to supplement more of this
also id take it with l ornithine
in a ratio of 2 parts arginine per 1 part ornithine
also this study is old and only over 5 weeks
