I do calf raises and leg extensions at the gym, but that is baarely doing any work.

I have an injury at my knees, and because of that I barely work out my lower portion.

My body is now subjected to scrutiny because my legs are inproportionate to my upper body.

Any advice men?

Need to work more than your quads and calves to get big wheels...

and if you have injury just rest until you're 100%, then go back to a regimented leg day..

do leg extensions
leg curls
squats
hack squats/front squats
straight leg deadlifts
calve raises
lunges

stiff leg deadlifts, will youtube it when im free since i never done that before.

am afraid to say my injury to legs is self diagnosed and ive not been to a medical practitioner to assess it.

it also came when i was already young, so resting 100% would not make a difference.

where exactly is the pain coming from? Honestly I would see a medical professional before I worked out my legs if I felt it was impeding on me even being able to do basic exercises.. Because at that point you could be counter productive and damaging if anything.

leg extensions and calf raises are probably the best exercises in your condition. maybe it's your diet

I train calves every other gym day, not exclusively on leg day.

Also when I'm standing around at home/work I'll do some calf raises.

At the end of any workout do calf raises on steps. Should end up doing over 200-300 calf raises in short succession.
