i eat like 3 oz of chicken a day. but then i eat 8 oz of beef everyday as well.
and usually some other random meat throughout the day be it lunch meat roast beef/turkey or even pulled pork or some shit w.e im feeling.
for the chicken im lazy i just buy tyson cubed chicken breast in the frozen section. the cubed makes it way easier to eat quick. and the nutrtion is 3 oz serving is 100 cals, 19 grams of protein.
How do you eat the pulled pork? Home made takes for ever.. but buying it at the store isnt the best option because its loaded with BBQ sauce.
During the summer time im grilling every other day, but during the winter i buy my chicken breast pre made and it still tastes decent.
