Can't do lunges, squats, or conventional deadlift with my ankle yet. Calf raises are limited to single leg bodyweight. Figured I can do leg extensions and hamstring curls, but not sure what else I can do in the meantime for my legs. Can't run or jog either.

Feel like a Torso Tyrant right now..

maybe try some band work? I jacked my ankle up really bad two years ago and it now affects my stance and everything. I didn't lift for like 6 months, it sucked. I regret not trying to do band work to make sure it healed correctly.

I do some band work, lots of balance work, and even more stretching. Can't walk in the morning until I stretch it for a few minutes, and the cold makes it even worse.

Hard part is working on calf raises focusing on my weight over the first 2 metatarsals of my foot.
