Idk my 5rm but I usually end up at 375 for 5x5 so I'd say maybe 400

Have hit 500x6 parallel at my peak 1.5yrs ago (summer 2013)
Have no idea currently, prob in the range of 405-425x5, though if I started squatting again it'd rise with celerity
