So some of you may remember me. Most probably won't. Anyways, around 3 years ago I was pretty active here but I joined the military so logged in less. I was into bodybuilding and getting big. However, now I'm more interested in fighting since I realized that size doesn't mean shit in a fight (to an extent). So for the past 6 months I've stopped doing splits and started doing full body 4 times a week. I'm gaining weight and losing BF% which is pretty freaking unbelievable. Currently 166 lbs. at 5'10 around 10% BF. What I'm asking for is if anybody has the "perfect" MMA UFC fighter workout. One that encompasses everything. Strength, cardio and helps you somehow get big (for the ladies).
Thanks in advance.

The best workout for any event is to do your event. In this case to fight.

Find an MMA gym and spar/grapple/roll/wrestle etc.

#1 thing to do is work on your cardio... how u do that is up to you.. but imo.. its best to get that cardio doing the actual sport and then maybe add in some running to bring it up to the next level.

all the other training methods like pushing tires etc is bro science and has nothing to do with mma

Pit Workout DVD's, you could probably find them on youtube also.

Intense, also doing well better than I am if you can do the full workout without stopping.

Yeah, how long have been been doing martial arts?
Been in any streetfights?

What you said there is a pure misconception. Just try training out with a fit lifter who weighs 10 kg over you with roughly the same skills as you and then you'll know.
I THROW people when we train who weighs the same i do but are 10-15 cm higher than me. And I have to train with 16oz gloves since whoever I hit is done after one or two punches.

Yeah, I know keyboard warrior. You motherfuckers are so fucking ridiculous.

Train heavy, meaning few reps at 80-95% and do intense short workouts like sprinting and going full out on them mits with them kicks.

Size makes a huge difference. Why do you think Jones is so dominate?
