Hello

I recently had an ankle injury that took over a year to treat to get me to the point I'm more comfortable exercising. During this time I had massive weight loss due to depression, lack of exercise, and increased back eating habits.

I would like to find a starting supplement to Increase my energy and maybe ky confidence to stay motivated. I know my problem is located within myself and I am looking to change that.

This is not a new year resolution just happens to be during this time

Any information or encouragement will help.

Thanks

I work 60 hours a week have a wife and kid. I moved away from my home area and have no friends. I am at the point of a mental breakdown.

I have gained 50 pounds in a year. I just want to be happier and healthier. Which I feel is not possible in current state of mind.

Kindly fuck off

you could take any pre workout supplement with caffeine for extra energy if you need it, but will not help with anything else... you need to figure that out for yourself.

go work out, eat healthy and you will eventually feel better physically, but i dont know about your personal life

Ironic that the official HnF mental mascot is poking fun at someone dealing with emotional and mental distress.

@OP, sometimes just the act of pretending that you're happy and smiling can be the push your mind needs to actually be happy.

You said you lost a significant amount of weight and now you say you gained a significant amount of weight. Which is it?
