3-4 for me, gonna dookie this out.

edit; tried to go for a 5k run today and hit a brick 10min in... this winter training is going to suuuuuuux

5-6 lbs didn't eat a lot, just things body wasn't used to so I'm saying it's muscle till I cut in march-april

cause different foods = body needs to adjust to eating said food molecule particle or matter of energy source of carbs, protein, and/or fat structures

usually i can finish a 5k without even thinking about it. usually i erg but im at home and gyms are closed, weather was like 55 high today
