So I have some liquid l-carnitine that I got from my parents for christmas... haven't been able to sit down at a computer and actually research it yet but it seems pretty useless from the 10 min I searched around on my phone. Anyone feel like dropping some knowledge? Just looking for more information in general on it, but really curious if it is useful for bodybuilding in the slightest lol.

No its pretty useless for athletic use.

Apparently it may have benefits for certain disease states though
