Is there a best time for cadrio/weights?

Have got an hour in the morning and hour in afternoon/night.

Got a heap of weightplates for christmas so going to change up my workout.

Currently I do weights in the morning and cardio in afternoon (always start weights off with a little cardio to warm up and get the blood flowing)
Is there certain benefits to doing either in morning (like better metabloism burn) or night (was thinking maybe weights so you get the rest after weights instead of working all day after a weight session)

Thoughts are appreciated.

Cheers

depends how u feel tbh, if u can give it your all after doing something in the morning, then both will be great

if the morning workout affects the afternoon one, well do what u prioritize in the morning

nothing too noticeable that you wouldnt already have noticed

Yeah thoughts were the same, if I lift the same and cardio the same shouldn/t mater what time.

My girl got me some pretty sweer poweders too a preworkout I hadn't tried before and a muscle gainer (kinda speculating how well that will work) new workout will change on about the 5th of Jan when my new weight rack turns up keeping on old routine till then.
