i tried again

this first i checked the number went to 160 but I think something went wrong and tried again and now i get:

73

should I go to the doctor ?

76 diastolic pressure
73 heartbeat

normal pressure is 120/80 mmHg (120 sys, 80 dias) although lower is good too if you dont feel dizzy

normal resting heartbeat 60-100 per minute, for your age something around 70 is perfect

seems ok to me, maybe cut the salt a bit if you eat salty

are you kidding me...? those numbers are perfectly fine... as posted by Qwaze, you're well within a normal range. Don't sweat it.

If chronically around 135 sys he's prehypertensive
