long story short i been messing with vitamin c

im big stoner and smoke cigs but lately if i drink about 4grams of vitamin c and a couple vitamin c tablets before i go to sleep i wake up like clear minded and soberish. got to piss hardcore tho ill have to change the dosage up. but really tho vitamin c has been doing some really good things for my body and mind. anyone have experiences with higher dosage or any normal dosage with vitamin c? i noticed oranges and vitamin c is a kicker too

mega-dosing vitamin c isn't a new phenomenon.

Do you not normally drink a lot of water before bed? Try just drinking the same amount of water but without adding the vit c. Prob have the same effect.
