Just looking for some extra shit to do after I'm done such as biceps and triceps.

On A I hit bench squat row ( what should I do here 3x8 for curls & dips )

On B I hit squat DL OHP ( should I do the same here )

stick to secondary compounds.

bench - db bench / dips
squat - hack squat / leg press
row - pullups / db rows
ohp - seated press

And you think 2 secondary compounds per workout day?

I just hit bicep curls and rope Pulldowns , should I do one more or call it a day

Quick question though anybody. To make sure I'm hitting what and when correctly , what would I do today for accessory lifts with my cardio workout, if I'm hitting deadlift , OHP , squat tommorow? Probably dumbbell flat bench & lifts that won't risk me lifting those specific movements tommorow right?
