So I'm roughly 6 foot 230, and I play football, lift 4 times a week, etc.

I mean I'd like to say I'm big, etc but that's all opinion.

I'm not even sure if I'm using the right word with "cutting" but I basically want to lose weight, while maintaning my strength and still making gains in strength.

I have the mass to cut, obviously I'm a little overweight but a lot of it is muscle. I just want to look better and get faster while still being just as strong if not stronger.

Just looking for an easy diet for a college student (we have a decent cafeteria with a killer salad bar) and a cardio workout plan that will help me lose weight but gain strength at the same time.

Thanks for reading and for any help :D

More cardio, lighter weight with higher reps, as for diet its hard to say without knowing what you are doing now, so just change your workout and keep eating however you are now (if you have already got results from it) and see how that goes for you

You're right, what I mean is look leaner but still make gains in strength, like weight isn't an issue for me I just want to look more fit.

lighter weight with high reps is the dumbest stupidest myth ever for cutting

holy fuck everything he said is retarded

"don't change your diet"

you haev to eat less than your body uses for energies in the form of kCal

It's near impossible to lose weight (fat) and gain strength while doing so, you will most likely lose a bit of strength while cutting, obviously genetics plays a role here.

e/

for my 3 month cut I went from 185lbs 18% or so bf to sub 160lbs 10-11% bf

I did

keto diet with around 2400 calories/day
ephedrine HCL stacked with caffeine 2x a day (once in the morning/preworkout once after lunch)
I shortened the rest times for all my sets to under a minute, and did skip rope in between every other set
Didn't do any extra cardio cuz running is for prey
Only drank once in that 3 month span

My diet/training regime was pretty drastic.
