Thinking about hopping on this program, I did 6 months of wendlers and got pretty good results, I had to move and change my schedule (I now work night shifts) so didn't lift very much.
If you ran this program:
What kinda results did you see?
Any adjustments you made?
Did you deload or max on week 6?
After reading through the program a few times I am very excited. I love the variation of conditioning, hypertrophy and strength. I also really like how customizable it is.

Its a good program. Deload abd add weigths for the next cycle.

Yea was thinking same thing, first day was pretty rough, not used to doing higher reps (6) on squat/deads.

Great program , I like it cuz it's fun and ofc no brainer, plug numbers in and boom.
I liked the 3 bench days a week for the first 2 weeks and I liked the different rep/ set schemes throughout ,
Favorite was the MR squat followed by 10x3, that was fun 👍
basically peaking to a new max
Add 5-10 lbs and repeat deload if you need a break.

canditos program is good. im on week 5 of my first cycle and ive already made great gains.
5 weeks ago i deadlifted 405 for one grinder. and 425 for a back rounding grnider from hell.
today i deadlifted 405 for 5! clean. in 5 weeks!
im def gonna run another cycle after i finish week 6.

Might run it for 2 cycles see if it helps going from 210-225 bench , stalled at 210 for a few weeks

If u just want bench gains Id say run smolov jr. But also do some squat and deadlift work to atleast maintain them while u get ur bench up
