Of lifting.
If you could pick just three things to tell yourself when you first started lifting. What would they be?
For me:
1. You eat like a little bitch, you need to eat a LOT more.
2. Remember the real reasons you're doing this.
3. Abs are a muscle like any other, and you need to train them.
Share away m9's.

Don't use one bodypart more than another to try to compensate for weakspots, train them instead.
More mobility for upperback.
You can actually train way more than you think as long as you go full retard.

deadlifts are named this way because after you lift, you feel dead
more insertions are needed for maximum gains
form is unimportant, only the weight, as crossfit professionals demonstrate
