Want to lower carb intake without dropping kcal during my cut as im seeing a plateau. Should i up the fat intake, up the protein intake, or should i just lower carbs and keep rest of macros the same? Thanks.

Reduce protein down to 180g

Increase fats and carbs.

Expend more calories

Lowering CHO intake whilst maintaining kcal intake will do nothing for a continued weight/fat loss
Lower total kcal intake if you want to continue losing. You should probably lower protein intake some. You really don't need anything more than 1g/lb and realistically you need no more than 1.7g/kg, so you have some wiggle room there.

go off ratios

1g/lb p = x
0.25g/lb f = y
[2200 - x*4 - y*9]/4 = c

or pick a balance, like 45%c/35%p/20%f
