I love playing sports and I feel great afterwords. After lifting though I feel so exhausted and my stomach hurts which kills my appetite, which is especially bad when I'm trying to bulk and have good post-workout nutrition. Is there anyway to not feel like shit after lifting?

Coffee/caffeine.
Most days after I lift sometime in the mid evening, I'll have a cup of coffee and it perks me back up completely. That in combination with the effects of exercise on executive function makes you feel pretty good tbh.

I'll give it a try, thanks.
