What you think about those? My girlfriend asked me for some ideas of christmas gifts and I always say I don't need anything, but I actually came across these two items in my researches and I wondered if they really worth it?
I do have a weak wrist (left side), which cause me to stop doing some exercises as my wrist pop up and looks like it's about to break, so would it help me with that problem?
And for knee, well, it's just that sometimes I have a pain when I bend my knees, usually for a day or two after my workouts, except that I plan to go 5-6 times a week now that I'm done with school for this semester. Would it do any good to me or would it helps me in any way?
