Had surgery on my shoulder 6 months ago and was recently released from my lifting restrictions.

Doc said to avoid overhead lifting till after a year.

Looking for some exercises to train my shoulders in which I dont have to lift above my chin.

All help is appreciated

Thankyou

Lateral/front/rear raises.

I would probably steer clear of any others to avoid further injury.

I agree, Thank you.

What would a good rep range be?

Is 10-12 too risky?

Labral Repair or better known as SLAP repair.

I also separated my AC joint at the time of injury but doc said to leave it alone if it isnt causing me any pain.

No damage to rotator cuff

E/ May have been some irritation to rotator cuff but I didnt even see a doctor till 6 months after the injury.

you could always just go up to 15 reps if you want to be safe, would still work fine

please do not use machine ohp and dont do that gay upright rowing shit either. sounds like raises are all you can do, dips are decent for the anterior shoulder as well.
