getting this bad pain on my right side around the front delt area . Been happening for a couple of weeks today it's worse . Notice it when I'm doing flat bench and flies . Any ideas what it could be and what I should do to solve the issue?

Yeah, you're straining your tendons and ligaments. I'd recommend learning to use dumbbells instead of barbells

on flat bench are you engaging your traps as you move the bar towards your body? if not, it puts strain on your anterior delts

i had that before
stretch your biceps more often
use correct bench form (squeeze shoulder blades together, elbows tucked in)

I took notice of it , I just didn't respond . Just getting other opinions that's all. I will look into dumbbells

its probably because you have shitty technique. dont flare your elbows out to the sides when you bench
