I was gaining weight when i ate less clean, I'm not worried about fat gain mostly just staying healthy.

There is more to it than this, you need to be measuring your food if you actually care, with something better than an smartphone app.

How do you measure your food? I actually measure stuff before i cook it etc.
My exercise is very minimal, gym 4 days/week walk 1.6km to and from gym, rest of day i spend sitting down
