Looking to switch over from the PHAT routine, been using it about a year in a half and have had good results but i've been stalling on alot of lifts lately and think that more volume and frequency would be best. Are there some good pre-made p/p/l routines out there?

I thought that program was packed with volume as it is? I could be wrong.

Maybe you lack intensity.

There is a good amount of volume in it, but i'm not a huge fan of the power upper body day, it's taking like 2.5 to 3 hours to finish and i feel like having the upper body split up and doing it twice a week i'll gain more from it.
As far as intensity, i have added weight and or reps for quite awhile and i'm getting to the point where i have to add more sets to get anything extra.

You're worrying and putting effort into absolutely nothing. If you want something, try to do it. Do it until you succeed, or give up. No fucking notepad/cheat sheet/cell phone/app/routine is going to make a single difference in what you do with yourself. They are nothing but an recorded limit. So go ahead and follow a routine for another year of your life. Fucking would rather die than live like this. I've never done the same workout twice. I've never wanted too. I've never followed a workout, I laugh every time I see guys with a pen/pencil in the gym.. Do what you feel or get in line sucker.
