With the goal of increasing your bench press, what do you think is better?

This is to be done after benching, btw,

if you ever consider ohp, it should be done prior to bench pressing, for various reasons you can find on martin's site. main reasons I agree with is ant. delt acts as a ppo% torque prime at benching and an absolute agonist at ohp which will cripple whatever benefit ohp will beget you post benching.

since cg bench is a tricep exercise in the end, if that's a weak link go for it, if not, do an incline or a db flat variation of bench press.

So benching before ohp will tire the shoulders reducing the benefit of ohping

But ohp before benching won't affect the bench performance as much?

not at all. ofc ohp prior to the fact will hinder bench. the base superlative (compound) stays first.
the only way to accommodate ohp with the bench is spacing them apart to different workouts. otherwise stay the course of the specificity rule and find similar compounds like the ones I suggested.
reminding you again that it could very well be that a compound stalling could hinge on a weak link (triceps, brachioradialis, pec minor etc). biggest overlooked weak link in benching is the posterior delt stabilizer, so that could be examined as needing a boost or not.

The weak link in my bench press is midway off the chest, but before the triceps play a large part

Whether this is weak triceps or weak shoulder idk.

To clarify, breaking off chest is fine, lock out is fine, in between is where I fail

then introduce yourself to half rep bench presses. usually done at the squat rack with the safety bars.
isolate the exact angle and work it with bigger weight since half reps usually allow that.
