Posted a few months back saying that I was still stuck at 180 lbs. after being on a deficit for a while.

Just checking back in because I've still been on a deficit, tracking calories/macros in MFP, doing PPL with 4-5 days in the gym a week, but still no weight loss. My scale weight is actually higher.
I'm running out of ideas of what to do to help get to my goal between 160-165 (male, currently at 6'1, 184 lbs., ~12% bf).

Been eating around 2200, with 180 protein, 60-70 fat, and rest carb.

if your goal is 184 and you are currently 180 don't you want to gain some weight?

My goal isn't 184, I meant to say that was what I'm currently at. My bad.

you are 184 @ 12% bf and you want to get to 160-165? do you wanna die or is it for a show?

No, neither. The original goal was for 165, but somewhere around 170-175 is more realistic. I just haven't had any scale weight drop since August last year.

I don't know if it's because I've eaten so long at a deficit with no progress and I need to repair my metabolism (which I can't really eat at 3k daily), or that I have to eat from a deficit from 2200.

Try reducing by 200-250 kcal and see after a week or two.

Tbh you will probably lose too much muscle mass if you get to the 160s.

Yeah true. My scale weight was lower the week I set my eyes on 165, but must have just been a strange week. 170-175 seems more real and less problematic.
