No, neither. The original goal was for 165, but somewhere around 170-175 is more realistic. I just haven't had any scale weight drop since August last year.
I don't know if it's because I've eaten so long at a deficit with no progress and I need to repair my metabolism (which I can't really eat at 3k daily), or that I have to eat from a deficit from 2200.
