I'm saying it generally happens in the morning. It is a slightly nauseous feeling. Your stomach hurts and head feels unpleasant. Feels like you want to puke. Think it has something to do with not eating but I don't know the mechanisms at work. Your body is probably releasing some hormone or something. Was wondering if anyone knew specifics
