Im eating 2200 kcal on cut with weightlifting. Im including rock climbing to my routine. How should i go about with my kcal consumption? How much more should i eat to continue a cut?

you should eat lower kcal than you burn, for example if you burn 2000 your kcal should be lower than 2000 to cut, you should test on yourself how much works for you, nobody can tell u the exact number kcal u should take and all the calculators in internet are bullshit because everyone is different and everyone burns different amount of kcal, best advice is to give a try to ur body and figure out how it works, listening to people or following exact numbers will get u nowhere because nobody knows a shit about ur metabolism.
also there are calculators for it irl, it costs about 100-150$ and u gotta wear it all the time on ur arm and it calculates how much calories u burn in the whole day, then u check via ur phone bluetooth how much uve burned, this is an option but if u dont wanna spend $ which i recommend u to not to and just test what works for you, may take time to figure it out but when u figure it out u can create amazing diet and get amazing results

are you still losing weight with 2200 calories? if you are just keep it the same. if not try lowering it 300ish and try again for a few more weeks or increase your cardio

also raise up your protein, try to get 150 a day if you are not already

Yeah I'm losing about 1-1.5 pounds a week (with weightlifting and 10 minutes of slow jogging) with 2200 kcal/day. I'm eating 61f/182c/222p.

e/: I'm just curious if I should eat more bc I am adding rock climbing to my routine.

I think the reason you are not getting a reply is because it is goal dependent...
Personally, I think that a cut of more than 1 pound a week is a pretty large cut and so I would add more calories as I did more exercise.
