i make a bowl of soup for myself yesterday 6 large carrot 3 large bell pepper 2 onion and some lettuce all chop it up and throw it in a bowl. i eat the whole thing (im tryin to not get fat so i stuff it with vggie my stomach) and i been shitting and having stomach cramps for the last 12 hours wake up to shit twice and i barely get anny shit out only a rabit turd or 3. humans are mianly meast eater with a little veg and fruit thrown in (and some nuts/seeds)

bro when u are shitting a lot of water shit then u gotta look into ur water intake.. if u eat so much no matter what meat,veggies or w/e you are going to hit the toilet, it happens to me when i dont drink enough water, try to eat so much but with much water intake
im not saying it would fix it but give it a try, i had this problem and took me weeks to figure out how to stop it since im eating like a pig and i figured out that when i drink a lot of water it never happens, you can eat as much as u want u just have to figure out how to fix the problems , everyone is different

i drank a gallon of water yesterday and didn't workout (no sweating)
so thast is not the problem

i shat out all the darrots i having diarrhea but im drinkin some diet mountain dew to replenish water stores so ill be ok
had some cheddar cheese (sharp---just the way i like it) and some white chocolate covered pretzels cu im low carbing it today to burn some fat
passed all my classed i think, so i now have a degree hehehehehee only mput about 30% effort this semester

A sudden spike in fiber consumption will do that to you. You have to gradually increase intake and maintain it or you will just upset your bowels.

that makes perfect sense living in a dorm for last 3 months i t hink my daily fiber was probably 10. had about 25 in that one meal
