1. how some shit virtually is supposed to know how much you should eat, this makes no sense since everybody is different and everybody has different genetics man lol
2. if you are willing to lose weight u better drop ur calories way down than 2200 but if u are willing just to get leaner then u need to go for 65% protein/zero carbs/35% fats and after u get leaner then u should go for high healthy carbs to gain lean mass , also u need to do a lot of cardio doesnt mean if u are cutting or gaining thats how im doing it u can see my progress in instagram on my signature, if u are willing to up ur strength then u gotta up ur carbs but this way u wont lose weight lol, i think u should forget about ur ego, u need to lose weight and have better body, ur not going to compete in powerlifting right? lol
Again, genetic variation is NOT a reason for individualized dieting or exercise routines. The same meal plan and exercise routine will provide similar results in most people.
