im debating whether to buy a bcaa sup - on one hand they get good reviews and a lot of people swear by them. On the other hand, evidence that I've seen suggests there is a sufficient amount of BCAA's in a balanced diet.

I'm interested to hear people's opinions on them, or if they use them at all.

More then enough in different protein.

Good quick reference for supplements; gives a pretty clear idea where research stands, feel free to link out to some of the referenced studies for more in depth analysis

Personally use them when following an intermittent fasting regimen and not eating anything pre-workout, other than that I wouldn't really bother.

it helps but you need to buy good one also if u are just taking protein shakes n bcaa shakes but not looking into ur diet its useless, it will give u a push but first look into ur diet, gl

u better drink amino acids with water than just water right? if someone is buying it for a daily consumation instead of real food, big mistake
