honestly its sad how supplements are not really regulated

they can make false claims

claim to put ingredients thats not in the full amount listed

product does not do what it claims


like this bullshit ad....

Welcome to the wonderful world of regulations. Supplement companies get away with murder because the FDA does not regulate "dietary supplements" at this time. Something must be proven to be harmful before it is taken off the shelf.

It's dumb but that's the way it is. Best thing you can do is educate those around you on proper supplementation.
