That's not the point. And that would be BAD for morbidly obese people. It would not click in their head. Making their own food is the best way for them to achieve their weight loss goals and SUSTAIN IT for a lifetime.

If they assume they just have to make their own food then they won't think it matters how much they eat.

If they do it via mcdonalds it'll force them to learn about counting their calories etc and probably be better long term.

I like the video...but it's not just a viable solution. Telling everyone they just need to eat whole foods to be health just isn't going to work. Likewise...Mcdonalds diet also seems like a bad idea..

A nice, moderate, flexible diet combining a little bit of Mcdonalds and a lot of whole foods, along with macro tracking and exercise seems like the best solution to me!
