If I'm going to prep all my foods into a container for the whole week, how do I prevent the meats from getting expired?

I cook about 5 days worth on sundays for the work week lunches either chicken/rice/greens or venison/sweet potatos/greens, and nothing ever goes bad, only other way is to above freeze them, but cooking for a week will be fine, just make sure its cooked.
