You know how people get made fun of for having a developed upper body and chicken legs? I have that problem, sorta.

My legs are getting thick AF and my upper body isnt keeping up. The level of intensity is equal no matter which muscle group im working so I'm beginning to think its genetics. Thoughts?

5/3/1 with a bodybuilding ideology.

I know all my 1rm's, effective rep ranges etc. Currently I'm clean bulking with an adequate amount of cardio (not over doing it, but im not totally neglecting it) The idea is by the time I hit 190lbs, to have a good balance of hypertrophy/strength/size
