if it is high grade stuff, like a prime ahi tuna, a nice marinade or searing on a heavy skillet goes a long way to juicy flavor!
recipes are pretty easy to find online
you can eat them rare if the quality is there and you trust it :)

I got it from a store called winco. What's your preferred way?

Yeah marinade in some teriyaki sauce and grill or pan fry.
If you know its been pre frozen or treated for bacteria you can hear the outside and eat it mostly raw. Pretty delicious

Ya! The best advice i can offer is not to overcook it, it should still be moist and not like canned tuna (dry chunks) Simply take a knife and cut from the center to the outside so you can see if everything is White ( Pink being uncooked still )
I also used to marinade in teriyaki sauce cuz its quite excellent that way, but if you want to change it up, you can fillet the fish steak and roll it in -Lemon-Pepper- seasoning ( something i do with chicken breast all the time ) for something different :)

Bro you just need to find a good place that cooks it well. MAybe a better recipe.

It's not that bad. I thought it was on the level of salmon personally.

It was 17.99$ a lb on sale so i tried it. Had my girlfriends sister make it and it was good.

(i hate fish btw)
