If you know its been pre frozen or treated for bacteria you can hear the outside and eat it mostly raw. Pretty delicious
Ya! The best advice i can offer is not to overcook it, it should still be moist and not like canned tuna (dry chunks) Simply take a knife and cut from the center to the outside so you can see if everything is White ( Pink being uncooked still )
I also used to marinade in teriyaki sauce cuz its quite excellent that way, but if you want to change it up, you can fillet the fish steak and roll it in -Lemon-Pepper- seasoning ( something i do with chicken breast all the time ) for something different
