Ok so I know we all love watching it; but is it that hard to even compete in?

my buddy decided she wanted to enter into the toronto comp that happened this weekend and has never had any experience in the sport and bam, she gets first place.



all she did was lean out and get a tan.
is it that fkn simple?

Men's physique athletes here are more like ~ 80-85kg and pretty fucking muscular. Can't compare them to bikini fitness models at all tbh..

you don't look like that by cutting weight lol.. dats years of building muscle. They're my size but with much less fat. No in fact a bit bigger.
