Ofc is depends on what a person is training for , here I just lift for fun ....
What I'm trying to ask is , it's (is it) good to squat low bar ATG.
When I say ATG , that's as low as I can personally go.
I seen quite a few younger strong ass dudes squatting 500+ (YouTube) And I would say my form is somewhat similar to theirs. Low bar , oly shoes, deep, narrower stance.
