I'm thinking about making a new competition in the hnf forum. People seemed to like 70% of BW for max reps on bench press, but others claimed that lightweights were a bit advantaged, which I think is not untrue.

Any ideas for next comp? Squat or deadlift maybe yes? Do you fellow iron lifters even want another comp or not really interested? Ok thx
