Mine is my grandfather.

Reason being is that I relate so much to myself and he's been through hell and back in order to support a family and live.
Came from Scotland at the age of 22, he worked in the coal mines from age 16-22 as that is where he was placed during WW2. Worked many professions in his life, a beautiful personality and great sense of humor. Very intelligent man who is soft spoken and will encourage you to take on the world. Of course the best part is he's always got some Werthers originals in his pockets to share but that's just his tradition.
