This dude is 54 and just set the world record for most pull-ups in a 24 hour span. He did 4,321. His form SUCKS though. Almost as bad as crossfit pull-ups.

Anyways, I am pretty good at pull-ups and I think I can beat him. I just have to think of a pace.

What do you guys think would be a good pace? FYI, his pace of 4,321 equates to almost exactly 3 a minute for 24 hours straight which is 180 an hour for 24 hours.

I wouldn't try to do the record right away. I would experiment with how long it takes to do 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, etc.

Very good idea actually. I think that would be sustainable

His form doesn't suck. It isn't even remotely close to a dolphin up.
