there are tons of videos of him pulling impressive weight. Keep in mind he's not that young anymore and still has a better physique than 99% of the population.

If you saw the new xmen, you already know what's up. Dude is shredded.

Well that's a whole different story..

Machinist his role was to be a 50kg skeleton, the year after he had to play a super strong beefy super hero... muscle mass, fat gain, water gain on top of the intense training, dietting and yes probably some roids give you that.

Hugh Jackman as far as I know, plays beefy characters in all roles, and recently played Wolverine (who was in fantastic shape) so there's no reason for him to be small now. It wasn't even that long ago that X-men: Days of the Future Past came out...

Yup , and he's still going to play wolverine for at least 1 more movie. (might get killed off in the next one )
