sup bros, quick question here. If I wanna keep track of my bf% during my bulk up, are those electric thingy alright for that?
I know these arn't really accurate, but since I only wanna use it to see my progress it shouldn't change much, i guess...?

yeah if you just want the number for a reference point, and no validity, it should work... "Should"

yeah basically I just wanna see if my diet is good and if im not gaining too much fat

then it should work a bit. Only problem is they fluctuate if you are more hydrated one day to the next, and other small variables

was most likely around 16% at the time, so off

They aren't consistent at all, won't work out well for you.

Measuring tape + mirror is probably best bet

Just try to be consistent and you'll see results
