I cbf to keep track of macros etc everyday, and this fits my macros/cals perfectly

on training days add extra 30g protein 50g carbs from pwo shake

cup uncooked oats, handful mixed berries banana(800 cals)
omelette 4 eggs, 3 slices of bacon, cheese, mushrooms, red peppers, half an avacado (900 cals)
tuna with 2tbsp mayo cucumber slices celery (500 cals)
175ml uncooked brown rice 200g bass fillet (1000 cals)

meals don't have to be in that order
multivitamins/fish oil aswell

anything wrong with eating this everyday? all my food groups covered??

I dont really enjoy eating a whole bunch anyways, i ate tuna salad everyday for 3 months on keto and oats like every fking day still enjoy both of them :o just gotta figure out how to make the rice better

Tons of ways to do this. You can add garlic and onions or add different hot sauces or add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, stir fry sauce or you could just eat rice with something that compliments it like chili.

i can't have gluten so soy sauce/terriyaki is outta there =S i'll throw in chili/hotsauce and garlic onions though!
