just trying to cut body fat percentage with minimum amount of time in the gym

my previous maxes suck anyway : bench 210 / deadlift 310 / squat 225 for reps

but yeah have great plans for just shedding body fat % with minimal time?

diet ideas welcome also etc

minimal time shouldn't be a factor to consider in a proper cutting diet. adaptation, slow transition and consistency should.

You could still raise those numbera while cutting weight.
