This. Sumo so much easier to get proper form when you are tall ...

This - i can pull more with traditional, but risk the back snap. Sumo is way easier if you are tall. (Edit: form wise)

Not sure if srs with the sumo deadlifts for tall lifters. Big tall pullers that I've seen are conventional deadlifters. I tried sumo a few times, but it didn't feel natural.

it all depends on your range of motion.

my hip mobility blows ... it's much harder for me to get hips back in traditional than it is with convention. with conventional I end up using my hamstrings and lower back more. my recent knee injury doesn't help either as pushing knees forward hurts.
