How long did they last for you guys. 3 months ago I started lifting, im 6' 175 but when I started I was at 145.. im consuming around 300 grams protein a day and around 3000 calories... ive filled out a lot and been pretty satisfied with my muscle gains.. im also trying to bulk this winter and tone up before summer...

noob gains are just neural pathways adapting fast to your current mu-r capacity, meaning u quickly get stronger from breaking trauma pattern of effort.
has little to nothing to do with size of muscles.

You only get more efficient at first because you pratice something new.

300 grams on 3000 calories - where is your fat and carbs?

170 ish grams of protein is more than enough for your weight imo
