Thats where my arms were for the longest time, then for what ever reason shot up fairly quickly to 14.5-15 and i've been stagnant for quite some time.

potential vs current:

Chest 48" - 41"
thighs 26.2" - 26"
biceps: 16.7" vs 17"
calves 16.5" vs 17.5"
weight: 218 lbs vs 195 lbs roughly.

why dat massive fucking chest lol ?

And it seems I've met or succeeded every measurement while being 25 lbs less than what they think.

I wrote 13% body fat, no idea if its correct or not, probably not.
