wet to the doctor apparently im fat

:shrug:

need examples of good meal plans at like 1500-2000 calories PER DAY

anyone know wher ei could find some of these?

it should be common knowledge by now that you dont need a "plan" to lose weight
you need to be in a caloric deficit, which means you can eat the same stuff that you eat now, but less, and hit the gym while you're at it
cardio will help u reach a deficit
if you want to eat "healthy" thats another story

1st- Whats your age,height,weight,estimated bf%, activity level, and what has been your typical diet in the past.
