it should be common knowledge by now that you dont need a "plan" to lose weight
you need to be in a caloric deficit, which means you can eat the same stuff that you eat now, but less, and hit the gym while you're at it
cardio will help u reach a deficit
if you want to eat "healthy" thats another story
eating healthy would be the reasoning behind my post
