Going to start going to the gym for arms/chest/upper body/whatever, and abs. Been doing a little bit at my campus the past month, and somewhat during the summer, but never a long-time thing, always under 30 minutes.

My legs are pretty large already so not going to do much for legs.

6'0 around 165lb I believe.

Name of gym = World Out World

So my question is, what things should I do?
Also, those protein shakes, explain. lol

What kind of things should I eat that's not healthy? I don't eat anything healthy, and doubt I'm going to change that.

No, your legs are not big. No excuses, work all parts of your body. Don't be that guy who makes bullshit excuses to skip legs.

Legs and back are the most functionally important things to work, why skip them? you use one or both with almost absolutely everything you do.

They are big. I may be over 165, I won't skip them entirely.

Naw, I have nothing do to at midnight, and every time I'm on my home from work I feel like going to gym.

Do it. Started in January and have been going strong all year. Good commitment. B)

Skipping legs like a bitch I see, but that's no concern of mine.
If it was, I'd call you a discogymmer and look down upon thee thinking the gym is no place for little bitches.
