just through on 95 lbs to get a form check...didnt wanna go higher since i discovered my form isnt what i thought. mad af rn. thought my form was good, people said my form was good, friend today told me my lower back tucks (butt wink). got a video and i think my form also looks awkward. can someone critique the shit out of it and give me some more tips? and how to fit butt wink? maybe my hamstrings are tight or something? havent been foam rolling. this was a lower bar squat when i move the bar up i can get lower but i think the butt wink is worse. can take more vids this week if needed. thx bros. also probs need to ditch the shoes but i doubt it makes a huge difference when it comes to form? fuckin shit ive never had so much damn trouble in a lift

why are so many concerned about buttwink? Alot of world class power- & weightlifters buttwinks without any problems.

cuz i heard its bad for the lower back. idk why i need to video it at higher weight because if i have it at a low weight, its probably even worse at a higher weight. but idk it it truely bad? i could use some hammy flexibility tho so im gonna work on that alot i just read a kelly starrett article about it

seem to be almost bouncing a bit at top

idk somewhat jerky motion

ofc its low weight and prob why ur doing it

id say just more controlled movement at the top of lift, especially since its low weight for u
